Cornwall 4x4 is located at Higher Laity Farm, between Portreath and Redruth.

From Exeter
or Exeter bypass (M5) take the A30 to Redruth. Leave the road on the Redruth/Porthtowan slip road. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted North Country/Porthtowan.

Take the first turning to the left, just after the garage, and carry on to the crossroads, go straight over. Continue on this road where you will see the “Cornish Arms” pub directly infront of you to your left. At this crossroads turn right directly opposite the pub.

Carry on for a third of a mile where the farm lane will be found at the bottom of the hill, on the right, (proceed around the left hand bend to ensure no oncoming traffic before turning right into the lane). Follow the lane down, passing a farm house on your left, turn the corner and Higher Laity Farm is directly in front of you.
